Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Apartment stays#

Cancel 14+ days before check-in for a full refund. 7–13 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: non-refundable, but the reservation can be rescheduled once within 90 days subject to availability.

2. Car rentals#

Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable. Delivery fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once dispatched.

3. Combo packages#

Combo (stay + car) packages follow the stricter of the two policies above. Where cancellation affects only one component, the remaining component follows its own policy.

4. How to request a refund#

Email stephensventures.co@gmail.com with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Modifications#

Date changes are complimentary if requested at least 7 days before check-in (apartments) or 48 hours before pickup (cars), subject to availability and any rate difference.

6. Force majeure#

In case of natural disaster, government restriction or other event outside your control, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis.

7. Damage & incident charges#

Damage, excessive cleaning, or traffic infractions are billed separately to the security deposit or payment method on file, with itemised evidence provided.
